AeroPod, PowerPod and Newton

I am finally switching from a Newton to the new Power Pod and will be using a Garmin Edge.

It appears that Garmin, K-Edge, and Barfly all make a Garmin mount with the GoPro/Virb/Powerpod combo handlebar mount. Is there anyone that recommends one mount over another? I will probably end up buying three of them; so don't want to buy three bad ones (I've seen some other cheaper plastic ones on the web; but was thinking of sticking with some name brands).

Plastic mounts are too flimsy. I think Garmin and Barfly are both plastic.
