Unable to Connect PowerPod to PC

Hi

I have read the other posts of people having problems connecting via usb and get that cables may be the issue sometimes. The problem I have is that I could connect the first few times but now I am told the device malfunctioned and Isaac doesn't pick it up. Same cable, same PC.

Has anyone experienced this before?

Hi John.

I'm facing exactly the same problem.
For the first few times --> no problems when connecting my PP to the PC but today my Laptop and Windows 10 tablet don't recognize the PP.
