hi can you have a look at my recent ride ,,, i really cant beliee the data its giving at one piont i was easing of the peddles as the wind picked up and i could see my power going up... at some points i was feeling easy about 40 watts above my threshold at others i was blowing out the back end at only 220 watts! also i had thought id set the power smoothing to zero and have my garmin 520 showing power,,, yet it takes up to 10 seconds to get to zero and at one point was still giving 48 watts freewheeling for a few seconds,,, the meter looks clear in the wind with no obstructions,,, wasnt sure at first but now im really dissapointed this ride was NOT correct for sure ,,, it feels like if the wind isnt a block headwind or tailwind the meter is struggling,,, pps the meter hasnt been of the bike i charge it fitted

I looked at your file and nothing seems particularly odd.
Your wind speed looks correct, and your other sensors are operating properly, too.
It sounds like the basic issue might be the power averaging settings on your Garmin. If you are seeing long lags in power changes, then you have excessive averaging on your Garmin.
You do have Dynamic Power Smoothing set on your PowerPod, but even with this setting if you stop pedaling your PowerPod will nearly instantly go to zero power. So, if it is taking a long time for your Garmin to drop the issue is there.
I don't see any evidence of wind sensor blockage. If you change the averaging time on your Garmin to zero (or 1 second) I think your issues will disappear.

unless i am reading it wrong i have the garmin on "power" which i presume is instant.. there are averaging data fields also which i am not using ... but the fact remains i can chat easily with this power meter when i am alegedly putting out above my threshold... how is this physically possible yet at other times i am struggling to put out 220watts this isnt for brief moments this is minutes at a time... it really is very unusual i used to ride with a recently serviced powertap until i smashed the rim .... so i have a reasonable understanding of my power output already... i have tried switching power smoothing to zero again as i saw it had reverted back to dynamic and a ride i did last night still seems similar ..
