Calibration for multiple bikes

I'm new to the Power Pod but having fun fiddling around and figuring it all out. I've manged to make a mess of my profiles so am going to reset them all and start again. One question though is with regards to using multiple bikes.
I've got three bikes that I regularly use but only have one set of speed and cadence sensors which gets swapped between the bikes. So my thinking for the PP was to setup a profile for each bike and just change the active profile as I swap bikes. Now I'd expected the PP to want to do a calibration ride for each profile the first time that I used it but it didn't, it only calibrated on the first ride of the first profile. Should it calibrate for each profile or is it correct that it only does it once? If so, what's the best way to compensate for the different bikes, ones a TT bike, ones a carbon roadie and ones an alloy roadie so their profiles will be quite different.
One last thing, the carbon roadie gets its wheels swapped out between racing and training wheels depending on what I'm doing with it, is it worth setting up separate profiles for the different wheels or is the PP able to adjust for the differences?
Thanks in advance for your help
