Powerpod cable

Having real problems with my powerpod cable when attaching to a computer. I have tried 3 different cables on two different PCs but still the green light on the Isaac software does not show a connection. I have only had my powerpod two months but the slot in the powerpod just does not seem right to me. The lead does not seem to want to go fully into the powerpod. So I can't change any of the settings in the Isaac software as it does not show my rides.
