Powerpod not pairing

Hi, I just receive my PowerPoint on Friday and despite trying multiple times I can't get it to pair. I've got magnet free Garmin sensors, I move my sensor to the front wheel, i've reset both sensors and although my head unit can see the power Powerpod doesn't pick up the sensors. When I switch the PowerPoint on the green light flashes approximately 20 or 25 times then it goes out a red light flashes approximately three times and then that goes out. If I push the power button the green light will come on briefly and then go out again I've tried to reset the PowerPod multiple times and repair it I have no problem with my Garmin picking up the sensors or a ant+plus dongle in my laptop which is further away from the sensors has no problem connecting.can you help with this problem that be great the appreciated very much thank you please excuse the grammar mistakes it's my dictaphone .
