power issue

I just bought a powerpod ant+ /ble version and can't power up after removing from power source.
Tried holding the button for 10 sec and reset the device through isaac, still the same.
leaving it to charge but not showing any light (i presume is fully charged). Pressing the button shows a solid red light for a few seconds before it disappears.
Any advise?

Do the following:

1) Disconnect PP from your USB cable

2) Click its button. If your unit is brand new, then it should show a solid red light.

3) If your unit shows a solid red light, then proceed to step 2) of the PP illustrated instructions. These instructions should have been included with your PP. PP Illustrated Instructions, in multiple languages, are available here:

Hi John,

the PP doesn't show any light after i disconnect from the usb cable and pressing the button.

I have exactly the same problem. How yours was solved?
