Problem Powerpod Charge

Hello,
I write to you because the powerpod that I buy in December stop working and do not receive charge.
I was on vacation for four weeks and now that I return I try to charge my powerpod but it does not work, I use the original cable, the cable of my 520 garmin and other cables, but it receives power. Also use computer usb, ipad usb charger, garmin and iphone and it does not work.
I am very worried as it was working perfectly and now it does not.
I thank you for the support you can give me because I am very concerned about this problem
