Wind scaling range

I wanted to know what value is the Wind scaling right? Because he gave me 2,661. Could it go?

This is OK. I did a cal ride yesterday on my bike with a PP sample, and its wind scaling was about 2.4.
The factor will vary, based on the location of PP on the bike.
