Can you also sync a HR strap to the power pod also?

Is there accually any indication the HR strap has synced? Or can you only tell through issac?

Only through Isaac. You'll see HR data in the ride file (which is the point of the sync!).

Thanks, and would presume hr and cadence would lead to more accuracy of your data and accuracy of your powerpod power accuracy.

HR will have no effect on accuracy. Cadence can, sometimes, be helpful if you're coasting on a downhill.
