Backup

HI all,
very new to all this but slowly getting on top of it. Had a problem with my pc with 2 Silicon Labs CP210xx USB to UART bridge connections that regardless of what port I set on which one, I was having conflicts. So in the end I have decided to use Isaac and powerpod on my laptop, no clashes and everything working as it should be I hope.
But in the process of setting things up, I have done about 4 calibration rides for what ever reason, which leads me to my question.
How do you back up anything to do with Isacc, if using the same bike and settings, your calibration details, to avoid have to do another calibration ride, if something goes wrong with the software or the powerpod.. A link to where this info might be or some advice please.
