AeroPod, PowerPod and Newton

hello, I put the device back on the bike, I went out to calibrate but the file was not saved and the power pod does not charge anymore. I see it connected to the computer, as soon as it is connected it flashes green then red for a very short time. I thought it was charged, instead if I try to turn it on it doesn't turn on. what can I do?

update, I just tried to reset the device, it gives me a comm error. also resetting the profile still does not turn on.
