POWERPOD V5 not record data

I installed the new powerpod V5 last week (got through the V4 tradeinn which didn't work) I have 3 bikes on which I mount it with Garmin sensors and the new 840 as a Garmin unit. I set it up from scratch for the calibration for each bike, obviously all via Isaac for MAC (M1). Set a new profile each time, went out for calibration and returned. Now the data shown on the Garmin (as) power are correct and real, unfortunately however by connecting the Powerpod no data is saved, but only the *.ibr calibrations. I don't know how to do it because the profiles are active, but no data is saved on the powerpod. I attach some files in which "power in ID" is missing in every calibration. Do you know what happened? Should I try resetting the unit and loading the settings onto it?

It looks like you have 3 separate profiles.

You should find .ibr ride files when you hit the "Download" button. Please send screen shots of what you see when you hit this button. If you have .ibr ride files then please post them

Yes, this is the screenshot. Other screenshot is the Garmin connect screenshot for Power, wind, cadence, slope and CDA data.

Click the "Show Download Window" button and see what is shown there.

I did a hard reset of the unit, reset the wires and the device, installed the previous calibration profiles and then made an exit of 3km, now I see the exit graph which I didn't see before. Then I did what you told me and I had to register with my email address, request code, etc. I always attach photos. Tomorrow I will do a test run and post more data.
