My Garmin unit has seen better times so it was time to get a new bike computer. My question is if I need to do a new calibration process or just find the powerpod as a new power sensor in the new computer (igps igs800) and off I go?
Thanks in advance for such a silly question

Re: New bike computer
Think of powerpod as a sensor, sending power signals into the universe. Your bike computer receives those power signals and shows them and records them.alecs123 wrote: ↑Tue Dec 10, 2024 11:52 pm My Garmin unit has seen better times so it was time to get a new bike computer. So, the answer to your question is: just pair PP to your new bike computer, so it can receive PP signals, and ride! You don't have to recalibrate your PP.

Thank you... That's what I thought initially, but then kept thinking that as the PP needs cadence/speed sensor, might be needed
