Velocom app and fimrware nightmare

I the past I used Isaac with no issue, then my company blocked all applications that were not authorized by the company (the only Windows computer I had was the company's). Fastforward to this day. Got a new windows machine unblocked, so downloaded the Velocomp Aero app, installed the dirver, initially seemed all was working, got a message that new firmware was available, so clicked upload.
Then it's been around 4 hours of a nonstop loop trying to load the FW... there were a few times that I didn't get the loop of uploading firmware
Then, looking into the details of the powerpod, this is what it shows

Then it would start again, trying to write the firmware into the PP
Thanks
