Calibration loop

Hi,

I believe since the FW update 11 (the one that allows to connect with Velocomp IOS app) or maybe not, anyhow, my PP (v3 I think) is unable to finalise correctly a calibration ride.

I realised after a run that the wind was reported only behind me, although it was an OAB ride, so after downloading it with Velocomp laptop app I calibrated by wind and the calibrated ride shown the correct wind. After that I uploaded the calibrated profile and days after went for another ride, again the wind and power were reported strange. I thought I should run a calibration on the run, tried 3 times (see attached), every time after reaching 100, on my screen would show that I have to run the calibration again. Tried 3 times, the same.

Today I connected the PP with my laptop, did a factory reset of the PP, and put the PP in calibration mode, this time from the laptop, not with the buttons on the PP. Went out, the same, after calibration reached 100, wanted to calibrate again.

What can I do?

Please post a .ibr ride file from your unit.

Here is a ride from this morning on which I put a wind calibrated profile. At the first 10 k the power was all over, after that the PP I believe self calibrated or did something as the power started to look better. Still wind from only back. Strangely enough, after downloading the ride, Velocomp Aero fails to do any wind calibration, stating that it need and out and back. It was an OUB ride!

Well, see attached file. Thanks.
