PowerHouse pairing

Hi there!

I recently bought a V2 PP from Masecori, but after 1 month I sent it back because the USB portal didn´t connect well with the cable and, therefore, with Isaac or with the computer to charge.

They sent me, what it seems, a used one that is the BLE version. Here is the serial number: 11-20-17-08-05-0C-A0-00-02-00-93-03-AC-7E-10-09

I tried to pair it with PowerHouse but couldn´t. Do I need the key to do it?

Also, the cadence and speed sensors that I have are the recent Garmin ones. Are they adequate for PH?

I attach the document that they e-mailed me when they sent the substitute PP.

Your PP should work with the PowerHouse app.

My smartphone paired nicely with PP, but PH App won´t.

After the data input, I chose the 'Weekend warrior' program, followed the steps, but in the 'scan for sensors' step a bottom note appears: 'Need coarse location permission'. I dont know what that means, but I press the 'scan for sensors' button and it does not find PP...tried it dozens of times...

Any sugestions are welcome because I would really like to try this thing.

I guess it was an installation issue with the app. I installed twice again until it worked.

Tried the 'weekend warrior' plan and bought it!
