AeroPod, PowerPod and Newton

Hi,

Slightly confused as to why you need another power meter (such as a duel sided Garmin Vectors etc.) to get CDA values, I thought the aeropod was a power meter too?

AeroPod is a power meter that works by measuring opposing forces.

A DFPM measures applied forces.

AeroPod CdA is measured by comparing the differences between applied and opposing force power readings.

Yes, AeroPod is a power meter you can use on all your bikes. On those bikes where you ALSO have a DFPM, AeroPod can be used to get CdA measurements.
