AeroPod, PowerPod and Newton

I've just downloaded Golden Cheetah. It will open my iBike rides from before Feb 2012 which are saved in .csv format but not the recent files that are saved as .ibr files.
Is there a solution to get the files to open or saved in another format?

Yesterday I rode an out and back loop, actually a lollipop shape. I had a severe headwind, more of a quartering headwind actually. I felt as if I were working my ass off! Thanks for that calculation. I was wrong on the size though, it is 29x2.1
I would re-calculate myself but am unsure of the 25.4 figure.

I have a new mountain bike! iDash setup doesn't list the tire size but has a custom selection, my tire size is 29x 2.75, so what number do I enter into the custom screen?
