Calibration of Gen III
Can I send my Gen 1 profile to my new Gen III ibike or do I have to do a new calibration including the 4 mile O&B? Also, same question regarding pairing to wireless?

What's up with my Heart Rate
1st of all I do not always ride with my HR strap so I go into "set up" and turn off the HR. When I want to ride with HR, I go back into setup and try to turn it back on. When I do this I only get two options "find" & "none". I do not get "HR Paired". I the...

Sweat causing unit to fail
The last 2 times I rode the unit failed. A lot of moisture is inbetween the unit and the mount causing the unit to fail. I can't imagine how it's getting there unless the unit itself is leaking. Any thoughts...

Is a high altitude coast down necessary?
While riding in Lake Tahoe (6,000 - 7,000 feet) my power is off 10% to 15%. Could be the lack of oxygen but I was wondering if a high altitude coast down would yield adjusted numbers...Any comments.

Riding in the rain
I finally got a chance to see how the new wireless worked in wet weather. It is much better. However, in a heavy heavy downpour the ibike did fail. The problem was solved by drying the area between the mount and the bike.

emailing ride files
I emailed myself individual ride files while I was in Hawaii but I am unable to open them with the ibike software at my main computer "cant handle file format #9". I can open them in Cpeaks however. Any suggestions.

Re: Tilt good, then bad, then good again
can you or someone elaborate on the mount issue. The mounting issue is limited to 4 possibilities: 1. bad or no sticky tape on bars 2. bad or no stick on mount 3. mount not cranked down to the max 4. combo of 1-3 I'm not sure about the new wireless mount but on the older wired mount the top of the ...

Re: Tilt good, then bad, then good again
As Richard pointed out it may be the mount to the handelbar but it could also be the mount itself. I had this problem with the older wired mount. Try tapping on the front of the ibike and than the rear of the ibike. The tilt should change initially but return to the pre tapped setting within a few s...

Battery replacement
When replacing battery should I replace the battery in the mount also? i.e. will they both drain at the same rate.
