ok, what kind if information do I need to include with the unit? How long will it take to repair?

Does anyone else have a problem with water getting inside the ibike screen while riding in the rain? Every time I ride in the rain my screen fills up with water and I can not see anything! Very frustrating. Is it supposed to do this?

I recently was at a race and my cadence sensor got messed up during the race so my ibike quit recording watts but it continued recording wind,speed,slope. Is there anyway to fill in the missing data? I will attach the file in case someone wants to take a look at it.
