We've never heard of this problem before. There should be a clear gasket on your Gen III surrounding the 6 electrical pins that protrude from the bottom of the iBike. Is this gasket in working order? If possible please send a photo of your iBike's bottom grey part, zoomed in on the electrical pins....

Remote Wind sensor problems
My gen iii iAero is consistently not picking up the sensors at about 45 minutes of riding. When I take the iAero off the stem mount there is a lot of moisture between the unit and the stem mount. This did not happen before I used the RWS. It does not happen when I ride on my trainer. I live in Tenn,...
