AeroPod, PowerPod and Newton

Context: I have a PowerPod v3, that I've been using for a few years on my gravel bike. During use I've had a few instances where I've needed to do a factory reset of the PowerPod to resolve issues and each time I've had to go through the setup process/ calibration etc.

Question: I have used the Edit Profiles function in Isaac to backup configurations, by selecting 'Extract from device'. What I'd like to know is if the calibration component of the profile is also included in that file, so that when I do a reset, can I restore an extracted profile to my device and it is then ready to go immediately without having to do anything else?

Additionally, is there any way to add a 650b wheel/tire combo to the profile? I'm currently using the 29'er wheel size as the is the only option that allows me to choose a high volume tire. For PowerStroke configuration, it assumes that I have an old style cadence sensor using a magnet - I have a Garmin cadence sensor fastened to my crank arm that does not use a magnet - what is the best way to describe this configuration in the PowerStroke setting?

Thanks for the reply.

For item 1. I mean that I've used Isaac to preform the factory reset: Device -> Setup -> Reset profile/ device -> Complete device reset

For item 2, where I have previously exported the profile from the device after doing a calibration ride, then once the device reset is complete (as above), I can simply use Isaac to reload those profiles to the now empty slots and all should be as prior to the reset? If so, that is excellent!
