Frustrated, I am.
It has been difficult, or impossible to download EVERY ride of over 60 miles I've done since up-grading to fw4.
While it is sometimes possible to get the ride downloaded, it involves clicking past a screen that mentions this undefined error code 6004--and then as often as not there is another screen stating that labview's memory has been exceeded.
This needs attention.
Error code 6004 . . .
Re: Error code 6004 . . .
I also get this error code in a slightly different circumstance. I have recently upgraded from Gen II to Gen III i-aero and when trying to download calibration rides and coast downs it gives me this message in a popup window, and it says that no profile is recognized. I've installed/uninstalled the software on my computer now and done a hard reset of the i-bike unit, but still get the same message.
1) How do I fix this?
2) Even if I haven't been able to fine tune and set the profile on the ibike 3 software because of this issue, is my unit calibrated on the bike if I've done cal ride and coast downs?
Thanks in advance for any help.

Re: Error code 6004 . . .
One of our customers has reported that uninstalling and then reinstalling iBike 3 fixed this problem.
Also, please make sure you have iBike 3.05 installed. Go to Help/About iBike 3 to check your version.

We will be releasing iBike 3.06 soon. This new SW eliminates this problem and, of course, adds a few new cool features!
