Why such a big difference in TSS for the below rides

Yesterday I did 2 crits and the TSS for each is really different. The first one is much higher than the second one. I have attached the 2 ride files. Maybe I did not do a wind cal before the first one?? Can not remember. If someone could look at it and let me know what I did wrong it would be great. Thanks
