Ibike 3 reinstalation problem

Hello all,

I`ve sucessefuly made the calibrations on the Ibike, conected to iBike3 software, Download the profile data, the ride, analyse it and sent it to the ibike. But... don`t know if I´ve made something wrong ( I´m shore I did) at beggining was seeing the ride grafic ( based in distance) ok, but after some error on any configuration set, I just could see on the ride graf some straight lines. only could see the correct profile switching from distance to time.

So I decided to reinstal Ibike3 software - opened a ride file and the same problem, unistaled and reinstaled again, same problem and uninstaled again, but now the IBike 3 software on the instalation after accepting the terms says:
Installation Summary
No software will be installed or removed.

Is this because of the 2 licençe agreement?

I imagine if I format my PC I would be able to instal iBike 3 software again, but I don`t want to do that.

Can anyone explain me how to solve this ( reinstal IBike 3 and after that see the ride files correctley? )

You get that message because your iBike 3 software is still installed, so the reinstallation does nothing.

Launch iBike 3 and go to Help/About iBike... Make sure you have version 3 or higher.

I`be launched Ibike 3 - its wasnt anymore on my iniciate programs list so I was completly lost.

Now my problem is that I can`t switch the view I have on the graf. i`ve sent one e-mail to you with the print screen. I`ve red all the manuals but don`t find a way to switch to the correct view.
