AeroPod, PowerPod and Newton

I'm having a weird issue with my iAero. Everything installs fine and the unit is recognized (I can download fw and reg code), but when I attempt to download ride data the ride list in iBike 3 (Windows) won't pull in any of the rides.

Also, when I attempt to reset time or units form iBike 3, it throws a comm port error.

Has anyone seen this type of behavior?
