I installed my new iAero this week and did the set-up. I then did the CD's and Cal ride without problems. When I went to iBike 3 I had zero file length files and no Cal files. So, I did it again. This time I was more careful and the wind was better. Again the same thing. I read in another post to try a hard reset. Alas, some ride files and two Cal files appeared. But, when iBike 3 is processing Coast-Downs it freezes.
Message: LabVIEW: Memory is full. VI "iBike top-level VI.vi" was stopped at unknown " " at a call to "array.lvlib:make array range with step DBL.vi"
The iAero show 11% full, but it does have 10-12 CD's and 2 Cal rides. Can the data be saved?

Problems with Process Cal Ride and Coast-Downs
Re: Problems with Process Cal Ride and Coast-Downs
No help so I did a hard reset and started over. This time it worked and the profile seems good.

Thank you for the follow-up posting.
We're aware of this occasional problem and your hard-reset clue is very helpful.

Re: Problems with Process Cal Ride and Coast-Downs
For what it's worth, I experienced this same problem this past weekend. At the end of one of my coast-down rides, I received an error message (sorry, didn't think to memorize the number), and the unit then would not exit the set-up mode until I removed the battery. A subsequent cost-down appeared to calculate OK. When the PC software later attempted to process the downloaded files it hung with (eventually) the same message as the original poster.
On a related note, I wish the software included functions to (1) delete selected individual ride files from the iBike memory, and 2) allow already-downloaded files to be used for the initial coast-down and 4-mile ride calculations.

Re: Problems with Process Cal Ride and Coast-Downs
Got the same error message yesterday following a tilt, wind offset coast downs and then 2 bad cal rides on our Iaero on a bike with aero bars.
I am in contact with Aaron and awaiting a reply.
If I do the hard reset will I need to re-do tilt before she does coast downs or can she use the tilt and cd's she has and just go for the out/back?
