AeroPod, PowerPod and Newton

I am having a problem which has appeared for no reason. I cannot Trip Reset. Each time I do it it will flash Trip Reset a couple of times and then say "not Reset" on the IBike screen. I have done a Hard Reset and it has not fixed the problem. I have a Gen 3 IBike Pro and have had it 4 months, done 3,500k and it has not skipped a beat except a change of battery 2 months ago. Need some help because this problem is frustrating for what has been thus far a wonderful product. Current Battery level is showing 297.

You have to press the center button again to confirm. . .this way you don't accidentally do a trip reset. So just hold the center button for two seconds, then quickly press it again.

Thanks a bunch. Problem solved. I was doing that before and it worked. i can't beleive i forgot to do the second push (2 weeks off bike due to moving)
By the way. training with IBike is amazing. i have gone from b grade to a grade and i am winning lots. FTP now 422 watts. Power training is the best.
