Change profile after Ride Option

Can a Profile be changed after a ride for just a segment of that ride? I ask because frequently the first part of my ride (warmup) will be on the hoods, then I'll be in the drops for the hard stuff and then back on the hoods for cooldown.
If Isaac can't do this now could it be added at a later rev? I'm sure I'm not the only one who changes position during a ride.
