Switching off Trainer Mode

Post by Roadiemark »

Hi

Not sure if anyone else has noticed this but switching from trainer mode doesn't work the first time you do it you have to restart the app a couple of time to make it switchs back to normal, even after this last weekend it stayed in trainer mode but didn't tell me when i started up the app only at the end of the ride when i was saving the data so my power was all screwed up!!! apart from this little anoying bug it works well the interval training feature is top stuff good graphics love it.

Try rebooting your iPhone and see if the problem persists.

I have been having this same issue since the last update. In fact, it get's stuck in trainer mode. Lately, it says "Warning Indoor Trainer Mode Enabled" even though I have not turned on the Trainer Mode in a week. I usually need to reboot my iPhone 2-3 times to get it to correct. Please fix this.

Go to Options/Trainer Mode.

There is a switch for Indoor Trainer Mode. Make sure this switch is set to Off. Then, touch the options button and Done button in the top left corner.

Exit the app, then relaunch. Check to be certain that the Trainer Mode switch is Off.

If your iBike app still shows trainer mode on, then please email me at jhamann@velocomp.com. You will be able to stop this problem by deleting the app from your iPhone and then reinstalling, but we will want to investigate the bug.
