AeroPod, PowerPod and Newton

Hello, im willing to restore my iphone because its an iphone 3G and its very slow by now, also the battery doesn't last very long.
So, how can I restore it without loosing my settings, test data and screen configuration?

Save screenshots of your data and enter them manually after reset.
