AeroPod, PowerPod and Newton

I plugged my Newton into my MacBook Pro...While plugged in I went into setup to see if I could tell how much charge there was. At the USER screen I clicked the center button to switch to YES, but I touched the right arrow instead of up or down and now it is stuck with "USER" visible and I can't seem get rid of it no matter what I press!

It's been in my hands for not much more than an hour and already I've screwed it up OR something else is wrong! Is there a RESET procedure?

For a Hard Reset simultaneously hold down the left, bottom, right arrows, and center button for a moment or two. The unit will do a hard reset. This is one way to fix the problem

When you're in User mode, you are in one of the Interval Training modes. To get out of interval training, you can click the center button, to start the interval. Then, press-hold the right arrow to get out of Interval Training.
