abrupt variations in watts

I wonder why the power is not stable keeps the same speed on the flat, I see variations of 50 watts in seconds.I must correct it and riddles which had PowerTap before and know the relationship strength / power given.it upsets me, someone could explain to me what happens with mY newton.
