I've been using my iBike successfully for a couple months. Of course, just when I want it most, it seems to have crapped out. I just returned from riding in the French Alps and seeing Le Tour! Lucky me. iBike worked great for 4 days. Then, the last three, for Alpe d'Huez, Galibier, and various other great Cols, I consistently got the "Wireless Fail" alert. For three days, I never got the thing to work at all. Batteries are fresh in both the unit and the mount. I wonder if the sensors are lining up properly. Any suggestions?
Tess
PS - I've got a call into Tech support but thought maybe this would be faster.

Re: Wireless Fail
Update. I just spoke with Aaron. As I suspected, my mount went bad, so he's sending me another. You guys have the most amazing customer service! Love that. Can't wait to ride with power again!
Oh, and I saw two Tour finishes while I was in France. Prato Nevoso and Alpe d'Duez. Crazy good!
