I've done 3 calibration rides and it seems to me that the watts are too high for the ride after the April 13 calibration and too low for the two rides after the April 26 & 27 calibration... ...Can you take a look at the rides and let me know what you think....

I will take a look at these when I get to my computer. It may be tomorrow morning though before I have a chance. I'm doing a series of races that start at 7:30 pm each night so my afternoons are limited.

OK. I have a couple things that I saw.
Number 1. In your first file from the 13th, you had some coastdowns on the tenth and some on the thirteenth. The one from the tenth had really high friction numbers. . . do you know why? Did you not do a tilt calibration before the coastdowns? I am seeing it go away when you did the next set on the 13th.
Number 2. When you are doing the coastdowns from the second file and the first part of the third file you are coasting for a very long time. . .some of them for over 1:20. There are too many things that go on in that length of time. You can scoot on your saddle, you can rock the bike, cars can pass you, the wind can shift. The last ones you did on your third file were between 25 and 30 seconds. . .and these coastdowns look MUCH better.
My recommendation would be to go to the point where you did your last coastdowns. Make sure you do a tilt calibration and a wind offset. Then do your coastdowns on the same section of road (it'll help with consistency). Then immediately go and ride the out and back cal ride. You don't have to ride hard, just make sure that you aren't changing directions or going through stop signs that would cause you to be heavy on the brakes. I usually check my wind offset before starting the out and back ride just to be sure that my wind scaling number will come out correct.
