Gen II iBike Pro with Garmin Firmware u/g

I've been talking about how good the iBike is on another forum...so now someone would like to borrow my spare GenII iBike Pro to check the product out.

I've got the Garmin firmware upgrade on this device, can it still be used with the provided standard sensors, or will it ONLY work with the Garmin combined one now?
