... IF, TSS not to show in a ride file?
I have a ride from today.
It shows NP but not the other two.
Any ideas?

Bex,
One cause would be the FTP not being set, either from the 20 min test or manually.
Check it, I have seen loading profiles sometimes causes need to enter the value again.

If FTP is not set, I think the default is 81 or 82 - reality says it should be 150 or higher for anyone who bike regularly. This is the default value when not stored properly and reverts to this when an old profile is used (pre v4). Take a look at the FTP in your iBike - you may need to update the FTP and also import that updated profile into the iBike computer software.

A friend of mine had numerous issues along this type. Check all your settings on the iBike, such as TSS, CdA On or Off, TSS On or OFF, etc. Change anything you usually configure to the way you want on the iBike. The key is to open the Profile in the iBike software that resides in the iBike profile, then click on Advanced Profile Settings. Now click the top left button that says "Get from iBike" that will retrieve the profile settings along with the personalizations for that profile.

Click Accept and Accept again. Now go back and send that same profile back to the iBike. The difference is that this time you're not reverting to any old settings that might have lingered from earlier FW versions.

Thanks folks, the unit was defaulted back to 80 (or whatever), even though I re sent the profile.
I guess that data is not stored in the profile or is it?
It would be a useful addition to be able to input that into the advanced profile area and send it to the unit.
Question for Racerfern (or anybody else that might know)
What data is retained in the Ibike when f/w is updated?

In lieu of not being able to make changes in the advanced profile area, try the process in my previous posting. Set your iBike the way you want, go to advanced settings and "Get from iBike". Now the profile in the PC has all the same settings. Accept, then send it back to the iBike and that becomes the default with all the other things that can't be set.

Things like TSS On or OFF, Trainer Mode, CdA On or Off, FTP CFG setting are currently not settable in a profile and must be done in the unit. There may be other things but these are the obvious ones.

Fernando--

I tried the process you described because the crr that fits the roads I ride on most of the time is not the crr of the roads where I do coast-downs.

Anyway, I can not replicate the process you describe.

Assuming that you mean to send users to the Edit Profile screen and click on the Advanced Settings button, once I do that, there are two "Get from Ibike" buttons. Clicking either one of them does not appear to result in re-setting the profile settings to match what I configured in the Ibike.

Is there some other advanced settings screen I've been missing? Or would it work to extract the profile (from the edit profile screen) from the Ibike and then save and re-send that extracted profile back to the unit?

You're on exactly the right spot. Clicking on the upper button "Get from iBike" does get all the settings we've been talking about. Silently, in the background these settings become part of the profile. Now accepting, makes them permanent to the profile. There is nothing to confirm that this has actually happened; at least for now.

Now, sending that same profile back to the iBike merely confirms to the iBike that you want the power profile and all the other settings made a "permanent part of the profile.

Trust me....

Sorry to be a pest, but again, that is not my experience.

Specifically, I re-set the crr in the racer menu from 48 to 58. I attached the ibike to the computer, opened the edit profile screen, opened the advanced settings screen, clicked the get from ibike button. Then I saved the profile, and re-sent it to the ibike

Then I checked the crr setting . . . which was still 48.

What I have found to work is to extract the profile from a ride file.

That's interesting and thanks for clarifying this. I'll fool around with some possibilites and try to nail down a reliable process.
