Does anyone know why my ibike thinks it is at 28000 ft? I live at sea level! Several attempts to reset it has failed. As soon as you exit from set up it defaults back to 28000 ft. Unless there has been a major geological event I am at 120 ft in the texas swamps.

Can you make sure you have the latest version of the firmware. It is v1.16. Check this at one of the screens in the setup menu.

I have 1.16. Its just one of those things that happens with sophisticated equipment. I talked to John H. and he is replacing the whole unit. Still cant beat ibikes customer service.
