Tough ride in the Beaujolais France

Post by klaus »

On May 1st I did a very nice ride in France in the Beaujolais wineyards, They make grapes and very steep climbes.
I did ride there with 21 friends that I meet on the web and last year at the Ardéchosie

I have attached the profile from the Ibike and the GPS track of the trail. Enjoy the reading over 100km(60miles) and +2800m or 9,00ft
It was fun ride not a race but the last 17km where done at an average speed of 31km/h despite the wind.

That is really interesting. Thanks for showing what kind of training data the ibike is capturing, and how the software is displaying it. I really dig the peak 5s/10s/30s power/hr
