AeroPod, PowerPod and Newton

I just installed iBike 2 software. When I press "get S/N and FW version" and then "get serial number", the serial num comes up as 00-00-00-00 etc. (the FW version comes up just fine). Is it poss that is my serial #?

I am wondering if this could be affecting my ability to pair my wireless sensors.

BTW- I have a very early version of the iBike and just got the wireless HB mount.

Is it poss I damaged my iBike and erased the serial #?

My iBike Gen I also shows a serial number of "00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00". My FW version is 1.18 and iBike 2 for windows version 2.0.7 and I'm using the wired mount and everthing is working fine.

But I'm planning to upgrade soon and get the wireless mount and iBike G firmware. I'll then pair it with a Garmin 705 HRM/sensor. Sounds like I'll need a serial number so that I can pair it with the Garmin 705. Do I need to send my iBike computer in?
