My iBike display is alternating between mph and grade %. I'm not sure what I did to cause it to do this and cannot seem to figure out how to stop this infuriating behavior. Don't seem to have the user manual on my harddrive, not sure where the CD is, can't find the user manual on the web site. When I look down, I want to see speed and watts. I really dislike the alternating display. When I upgraded to 3.08 firmware and my iBike started alternating between watts and miles, I was extremely irritated. Fortuantely, pressing the center button stopped that and returned the display to mph and watts.
But I seem to have done something that is causing a new variation of the alternating display. What do I need to do to have a steady display of mph and watts? Thanks.

Re: Alternating display
TIP: PRESS-HOLD THE BOTTOM ARROW FOR TWO SECONDS TO TURN AUTO-HILL ON OR
OFF. SEE BELOW FOR MORE DETAILS ABOUT AUTO-HILL FUNCTION.
If you go into iBike 3 software and go to help all the manuals are there pages 41 42 in the owners manula for ipro iAero ,tell you about this.
Hope this helps

Re: Alternating display
There are two primary screens on the iBike:
1) cycling computer (speed/distance/time)
2) watt meter (speed/power/cal or CAD/RPM)
A new feature of 308 is that, in the cycling computer mode, the center screen now alternates between mileage and watts.
If you want to see a continuous display of watts, click the center button.
cjonbike is correct about the method to get rid of the speed/grade alternating display.

Re: Alternating display
Excellent, thank you. I'm pretty sure I pressed and held every other button except the bottom one. Found new functions, but didn't get the display changed. Apprectiate the answer.
Are the iBike instructions posted online somewhere? I hope it's not somewhere obvious that I'm missing. I looked all over ibikesports.com and did not find them.

All the iBike instructions including the instructions for the iB3 software are available by clicking "Help" n iB3 and selecting the appropriate manual. They are all pdf files on your computer and were installed as part of the download.
