AeroPod, PowerPod and Newton

Two different cables--when I plug the PP in, no lights activate on the unit. The Isaac software can't connect either. If I hit the button on the PP, the green light flashes for a bit, but then turns off.

Any ideas?

You may have a PP with a bad USB port. Mine was fine for a few days before the USB port on the PP went south.
