Refund?

I am done leaving emails and messages and having no one return my calls. I just want to know if I can get a refund on my Powerpod? I have called 3 times and emailed once in the last 2 weeks...nothing. I did get in touch with someone from Velocomp and he said it was just over the 30 day return period and that he could not make the decision. After a very rocky start with the Powerpod (two different ones were shipped to me BOTH with the same charging problem), I feel as though I have been more than patient and courteous. I would like someone to tell me whether or not I can get my money back. If not, I would like to sell it then. I have not used it in about 2 weeks and it is just collecting dust. Thank you in advance.

Based on your email address it looks like you purchased your PowerPod on March 12. A warranty unit was sent to you on March 21, two months ago. The return period expired April 21.

If you can’t get it refunded, probably they can repair it. Your warranty is still valid, so send it back to be repaired (fixed), or is it physical damage?

Nothing is wrong with the unit that I know of. It's just a royal pain to get things dialed in. Every ride there has been an issue. High watts, low watts, no watts, spikes over 1500 watts, shutting down mid ride, etc etc etc.. And don't get me started on my second bike issues. That was a nightmare. Thought it was going to be relatively easy to setup and maintain. Power meters need to be consistent every ride. This, for me, was not. I had gone through 2 defective units before the third one that was shipped finally worked. Anyone want to buy mine??
