Updating a ride then uploading to Strava

Hi
I used my PP for the first time today and did a short out and back with this morning to calibrate the device. This seemed fine, although I did an out and back but Isaac wouldn't accept it as such as it doesn't appear to include the first 5 minutes when the device is calibrating.
I went for a 1hr 15m ride this evening to try to get things dialled in. I uploaded the data to Isaac then did Analyze > check calibration. This then gave me more reasonable power data and I saved the profile and sent it to the PowerPod. I then wanted to merge the GPS route so I went to File > merge GPS, power .... Although I only wanted to use the GPS data to the updated ride it tried to merge the original power data. No biggie - I got round this and managed to get the data and the map sync'ed. Now I have a problem in getting the ride into Strava as you can only upload .tcx .fit or .gpx files. Is there a way around this?
I've uploaded the rides below, the 25 miler has been calibrated to the best of my ability.
Many thanks in advance
