Concerns over power readings

Hi
I've got concerns that the output from my PowerPod is too high by somewhere between 50 and 100 watts based upon RPE and heart rate readings. I've checked the profile for the bike and it looks right - 700c x 23c, about 90psi, total weight (rider and bike) 80kg, road setting was the reasonable asphalt option, rider position set at on the hoods with elbows bent option.
I was happy about the accuracy but my concern has been raised been raised since using a Tacx Flux and comparing the RPE when using this at 200W and the same RPE at 200W on the road, I realise that indoors RPE is often higher without the cooling effect of riding into a wind but I feel as though the difference is just too big which is leading to my distrust of the PowerPod output.
The file I've uploaded was from a gentle spin using only the little ring of a compact chainset.
Thanks
Paul
