Extract profile from ride modifies stats of the same ride

I'm trying to extract the profile from the ride I did yesterday and when I do a switch profile after-the-ride the stats like average power change.
If I extracted the profile from the same ride it should be unchanged shouldn't it? The numbers for aero and friction are the same.

Isaac attempts to reconstruct the power numbers from the data it downloads.
The internal calculations of your device are based on more accurate sensor data, so I would not worry if you see differences when Isaac recalculates things.

I have exactly the same issue. However, if I don't switch my profile after the ride (to the same profile stored on my powepod) Isaac reports an average power around 10 W higher than that broadcast to and recorded by my Garmin. Very odd! Can Velocomp advise? Am I missing something?
