PowerPod showing zero watts

Hi there, I've been using PP for about 2 months. Have done the cal ride (out and back) and getting decent readings over 4-5 rides, but last week I removed PP from the bike while I was getting the bike serviced and since I've put it back on power is constantly showing as zero watts. I've checked the positioning (rotated forward with the bolt slightly loose until stopped by the mount), confirmed it's connected to the bike computer (Edge 800) and to the speed/cadence sensor, and the speed/cadence sensor is showing normal readings. Also ensured no cabling is blocking the wind port. Have done 2 rides now over 30 mins each and it's not budging. I've also connected it to a Forerunner 920xt watch and same thing - everything is showing as connected but power is showing zero. What can I do? Thanks
