Power Reading Dropouts between Garmin 1000 and PowerPod

I'm wondering what to do about my latest ride, which had my Garmin 1000 edge showing plenty of zero power readings and occasional disconnection from PowerPod.
I started both normally, stopped when I reached the meeting point for a group ride, and my Garmin went to sleep while waiting for others to arrive. When I woke it up to start the ride, the PowerPod had also gone to sleep, so I woke it up after restarting the Garmin and spinning up the front wheel to activate my contactless speed sensor.
It appears that the problem is not in the PowerPod, which seems to have recorded the ride normally, but in the PP to Garmin transmission or in the Garmin itself. First time this has happened.
I've attached a screenshot comparing the Garmin Connect power trace with the Isaac power trace. You can see the drop outs clearly in the Garmin Connect trace, but the Isaac power readings look normal to me.
I've also included my ride file.
Another possible clue - I changed the batteries on both my cadence and speed sensors before the ride.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Rick
