PowerPod V3 ANT & BLE

I looking at upgrading my V2 PowerPod BLE ANT+ to the V3. Pobikekit in Europe have a excellent deal at the moment.
Could you confirm that all V3's are BLE compatible and there is not a ANT+ only version.
Is there anything you can to do swap over my powerstroke feature from my V2 before I factory default reset it and sell it on.
The V3 would be my 3rd Powerpod as I was one of the original kickstarters for the ANT+ only v1, excellent bit of kit..
